    At Your Home - CMA & MLS Listing Compilation.

    We begin by preparing a comparative market analysis (CMA) to assist us in determining a price for your home. We then perform a complete on-site analysis and will create the complete MLS listing right in your home.

    02.

    At Our Office - Promote Home For Sale.

    Once your listing agent returns to the office, they will post your pictures, send you a copy of your listing so you can ensure its accuracy, and then submit your listing to several online resources.

    Additionally, a sign will be placed in your yard (if a single family home & allowed by HOA rules) and a lockbox placed on the door for other agents to be able to show the home.

    03.

    On The Market - Showing Your House.

    Your house can be shown in multiple ways: You can show your house and/or do your own open houses (which can save you from having to pay a buyer's agent commission); Luxe Realty, Inc can show your house if an interested party calls or if you are unavailable to show your house; or An outside agent from another company will call you directly to set up a showing appointment time that meets your schedule.

    Once An Offer is Made - Negotiate Contracts and Process All Documents.

    This is where the 1/2 of 1% at closing comes in...
    We negotiate the contract on your behalf, complete purchase and sale agreement documents and provide all necessary forms. All you need to do is show up at the closing, sign your documents, and receive your check.
